Making Impactful Leaders

Too often, in the nonprofit sector, employees are elevated into management positions based on their success in working with clients. Sadly, subsequent to these promotions, they typically receive little to no individual supervision, mentorship, or professional development relative to successful approaches in management of teams, programs, and contracts/grants. I work with nonprofits leaders at all levels who seek input relative to professional development and desire to make greater impact. Elevating best practices honed over more than to decades of providing individual supervision and mentorship, I schedule coaching sessions at a cadence set by the client. Together, we explore existing skills and growth edges, set goals relative to what professional growth and greater impact will look like at particular benchmarks in the future, and then plan out a compliment of individual coaching sessions and professional development opportunities accordingly.
